Hey everybody! Haven't been on in a while! I've made Pumpkin Pie, Cheesecake, Cookies, and Blondies, as well as some ice cream in the past few weeks.

Probably the vanilla with heath candy in it:

Basic vanilla ice-cream

3/4 cup sugar
1 cup whole milk Mix together until sugar is diluted.
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt 2 cups heavy cream
Mix together.

Chill 1 hour to overnight.
Add to your ice cream machine or freeze several hours.

Butter pecan is just
4 Tb unsalted butter 1 tsp salt
1 cup pecans
Toast about seven minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool, and add to the ice cream machine the last few minutes.

Coffee ice cream is just adding 2 Tb instant coffee grounds.

Heath bits

Two broken up candy bars
Add after ice cream has gone to soft serve thickness

I have a Banana and one apple in a bit we are going to Morton, I have a what we call my limp ticket it is due to be renewed but have a permanent one if that make sense
