I have been wavering between two yogurt machines. The first is on sale, so I went with that. I also ordered an SD card for Duckling’s tablet.
I decided to not wait to see if any yogurt starters go on tomorrow. I won’t get to a store for a while, and I don’t want to wait to play with my new toy!
Due to financial hiccups, I had to stop there.

If you have some plain yogurt, you can start with it. If using a packet, the first batch can be less than perfect. You use some of the old batch to make the new batch next time and it will get better.

I started Piima, a finnish drinkable yogurt. It took three starts to get going but it is very good!
