I wonder if I can substitute home made yogurt for the sour cream...I need to try that tonight!

Greek yogurt is a low fat substitute for sour cream. You can use it or any preferred yogurt as a 1 to 1 substitute for sour cream.

The yogurt I make is a bit thinner than Greek yogurt. I will eye ball it for the amount to add.

It should be very tasty!

It should still be fine using it one to one. I have substituted good thick sour cream in equal amounts for sour milk without any problems.

My yogurt is in the incubator (yogurt machine. Egg incubators are for keeping coffee warm!). I just wish I’d remembered that we’re camping out tonight. I will just have to sneak back inside.
