I used pecorino romano in the bread.

You can use any of the hard dry cheeses in it.
Ron, BEAUTIFUL...thanks for posting recipe. We have been using
Asiago Cheese. It is tasty and LOW in Salt. AND easier to grate. We purchase our cheese from a small store...and he carries all cheeses in large wheels. It is in Utica....when we drive to shop
I purchase two wedges and it lasts a while. I grate my cheese when I plan to use it.

The Son's best friend has been there since they where in grade school ... they grew up getting teased by others Willy and his brother are challenged with their speech the one brother's is listen close the other is married now she is a wonderful girl ... the three of them will be here for pizza the 23rd
 
Made some caramel rolls. I’m making a roast, potatoes and squash for supper.
