Any Home Bakers Here?

I just found a LOT of Goose breasts and 6 pounds of Deer meat in the freezer today. I am planning on making corned venison and cabbage for Sunday dinner.

As for the Goose breasts, I am not sure what I will do with those yet.

My neighbor went goose hunting in Canada this winter. He ground up the geese and made sausage.
 
I made porkchops last night - with mushroom & onion gravy. Roasted root veggies as a side. And day old homemade Italian bread.
That sounds very tasty!
Tonight is pigs in a blanket. I started pizza dough this morning to wrap them into.
