Any Home Bakers Here?

Just mixed a Sourdough Loaf for the overnight rise. Used Ron's
Sourdough Starter as always....and some different ingredients.
I always like to try NEW will report tomorrow on outcome. And
Penny looking forward to your new project results. I transfer
the Sourdough starter;when the jar looks BAD. It looked bad...that
is the ONE thing I dislike about Sourdough baking....having a clean
jar. I soak with warm water...overnight and work on it in the morning. Does anyone know of a simpler method? Dislike this
I was thinking: a different shaped vessel would be easier to clean?
I am using Antique Ball Jars. Any suggestion would be welcomed.

I like the rectangular country crock containers. It holds plenty, easy to scoop out, no worries about breaking the jar, and I can toss it out.

I have the jars that are hinged but do changed it out allot as I have 4 to work with just sit it overnight with soapy water then clean them
That is a fine idea...I need to start another jar.....and that is what
I did this time soaked it overnight with soapy water and it seems
to clean easier. Thanks Penny
