I'm preparing for my 4th year at the Texas State Fair Contests.
I enter the canning, there are always over 1200 entries.
The Dominoes Sugar candy cook off. 3-d eggs, and polymer clay. I am going to try and do cookies, cakes, pies and the Surprise cook off this year. Where you get a bag and have 2 hours to cook what's in it. Sounds like fun, a little like Chopped on TV.

Our kitchen at home is medium....and our kitchen at the Cottage
is pullman...narrow and small. Only one person in it at a time.
You adjust and it all works. We just got the Hoosier moved in.
A lot to do yet. Opening and Closing the Cottage is not fun. And as we get older ...it takes us longer. But it is worth it. We are going to try the Hoosier in different location...Kitchen, Dining area..or make other furniture changes? We will get it cleaned and
settled before we start that project. Looking forward to the process. Aria
