Any Home Bakers Here?

Like lemon in tea but like a black tea hate washed out ice teas

I peel ginger root and cut into small slices, wash and cut one lemon
into small pieces, and a little lemon juice....put in my blender and
then transfer to a small empty jar and add 2 teaspoons of honey...
And when I have my daily cup of tea...I add a teaspoon to the tea.
I store the jar in the refrigerator. Aria

This is not baking related, but I would like some help with something. I just witnessed an intense fight between two Eagles above my house. I got it on video, and I got some pictures. I'm trying to figure out what kind of Eagle it is.



Does anybody have any ideas what it is?

I read that Eagle Mating rituals can look like a fight

@ronott1, seeing that it's May and spring, you're probably right. Regardless, it was very interesting to see.

I just wonder what kind of Eagle it was.

You will need a much better photo than that if you expect to get an identification.

@R2elk, I am aware of that. To be honest, my phone's camera is not that good, and it's all I had on me at the time. I am aware I need a better picture, but I thought it was worth a shot to ask somebody with this picture.

Just spoke with some birding friends. I showed them the picture, and they said it looks like a red-tailed hawk. It's not for sure, we're still working on it.

It's a possibility. Last week I had a Red-tailed Hawk here that was huge and his head was nearly as big as an eagle's head.

Too distant to hazard a guess here also but great to get a shot at all
