Yep, I just confirmed it with the link @wyoDreamer eamer gave me. Red-tailed Hawks have a stripe down the middle of their body, and four primary feathers that stick out in flight. It also has a fan-shaped tail. After reviewing the video of the fight, I discovered that it matches this description. It is a red-tailed hawk.

Just spoke with some birding friends. I showed them the picture, and they said it looks like a red-tailed hawk. It's not for sure, we're still working on it.

I thought hawk when I saw it.
