Yup me to saved the recipe thanks @Grammy60 These are my sourdough loaves and 5 biscuits for tomorrow ham dinner with fries possibly fried zucchini

I go through mine when I defrost the freezer.

It is almost time again....defrosting is not my favorite chore

I have been in this house since 1987 and have never defrosted the freezer.

I was going to make sourdough wheat bread and sourdough wheat cinnamon raisin bread. Duckling... Oh, I love this child!! She rolled out the second ball, buttered and put cinnamon sugar on it. Then it was time for the raisins. She made a picture, then continued to cover every spot with raisins. She ran out of raisins, and the momentary break before I gave her more put her in a hurry to finish.
Then she decided on cinnamon rolls (she has not been willing to try before) and balls. She did everything!

I have stuff that has been in the freezer for more than a decade including the fox hide on a fox form. I see it every time that I open the freezer. I have no clue what the oldest thing in there is and have no desire to find out.

Your post reminded me of 2013 when DH & I went to my parent's in CO to clear the house to put it on the market. Mom had 2 huge chest freezers in the basement, packed to the brim. DH and I were giving as much as possible to all the neighbors and they were glad to get it. Until we got to the bottom and found green beans from their garden...put up in 1979. No takers on the green beans!
