Any Home Bakers Here?

I'll have to check into that. At Costco does it come in a huge brick?
At Costco it is in four 8oz foil bricks. Each brick is the equivalent of two cubes so the correct amount for chocolate chip cookies. It is in one box

I did not see a huge difference with the Costco butter verses Kerry but for price

I'm with you on that Penny. Taste-wise they were the same to me with the Kerry being a lot more expensive.

I love the taste and it makes a better cookie for me.

Of course regular butter makes a good cookie too!

Have you tried Irish butter for baking? It is very good
No, I've never tried it. Actually, I never even knew it existed until recently when we got a Costco membership, and I saw it there. I wondered what the difference was between it and regular butter, if any. I may try some for baking Christmas cookies this year, due to your recommendation. Christmas cookies are special, and deserve special ingredients. :)

I'm a bit nervous about changing ingredients in my cookies since I give them all away. Might have to give it a test ahead of time.
