Any Home Bakers Here?

Well my bread isn’t very pretty. I was afraid to over handle it when it fell. So quickly formed two smaller loaves. But here it is.

ETA: the hole is because I stuck a thermometer in it. :D Just tasted it. The 30 hours of rising made it so good! Nice and sour, just how we like it!

Looks great we prefer doing the two also I alsways have a whole in mine also :idunno:yesss:
