This is a new Biscotti/Anise Toast Recipe:
4 eggs Beat till light and foamy
add 1/2 sugar...beat....add 1/2 cup canola oil....continue to beat
slowly....add 3 teaspoons baking powder....add 20 drops of anise
oil and 3 teaspoons of anisette liquor. Beaters off. Add 2 1/2 cups
flour (fold in gently). On cookie sheet parchment paper lined
make two logs- like shape. Bake 350 for 12-15 minutes. Watch..
must be golden. Remove and cut about 1/2 inch slices. Place
on cookie sheet and bake for 6 to 10 minutes....toast golden. This
