Any Home Bakers Here?

Walk in the house, and smell the turkey broth in the big slow cooker. Walk in again, and smell the meatballs. The next time was the bread in the oven.

Found a recipe in the monthly magazine from Costco for Swedish meatballs
Meatballs
1/2 onion chopped
1 tab garlic
2tab vegetable oil
2 lbs ground beef lean
1 tab each
parsley
tarragon
nutmeg
1 fresh egg
1/3 cup panko
1 tab worcestershire

Sauce
1 shallot sliced
1/1/2 tab butter and flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 tab dijon mustard
1 tab worcestershire
1 tab parsley
1/4 cup sour cream

Directions
Cook meatballs.. pour sauce over meatballs serve over noodles or rice enjoy
 
turkey noodle stew tomorrow toning bout these beef johnsville sausages going to cook them in the oven they get and stay hot no wrap, baked beans and crinkle cut fries tonight
Leftover Turkey dinner tonight and Turkey soup tomorrow

I bet they were good Bob! But I don't have bourbon or pineapple preserves and can't/won't go to the store. So we're doing turkey!
