Any Home Bakers Here?

I'm making 12 pans of these brownies today. I will mix them up and put them in the refrigerator to be baked tomorrow. I want them to be fresh for a Wednesday luncheon. They will be gifted to the other 11 ladies in my monthly lunch group, and the 12th for DH's class.

I need your expert opinions on this. Can I mix up the frosting today and put that in the refrigerator also until tomorrow, or should I wait and mix it up tomorrow? I'd like all the mixing to be done today so I'm just assembling tomorrow, but I don't want to end up with a glob of unspreadable frosting. (I know I'll have to melt the choco drizzle tomorrow.)
Based on keeping canned frosting in the refrigerator, it should be okay as long as you get it out early enough for it to warm back up.

Thanks. I've had so many interruptions today that I think it's going to be tomorrow before I get to the frosting anyway. Ah the holidays. :wee
