I added the Boston cream pie and the lemon fill recipe from Penny. The self rising flour and baking powder substitutes are already there

How to make Baking powder:
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cornstarch (optional as anti caking)

Interesting actually like lemon filling like lemon pudding

It’s basically the same thing as lemon curd except tarter.

Cream of tarter is also in angel food cake and the meringue I made for the lemon pie

I always have it in my spice cabinet

I use it in my sugar cookies.

Ok then! I'm jobless as of the end of the month, my daughter and her kids moved back in with us and I'm wishing I had some living dead to brighten my day.
