Can you post a photo of the Plastic Tub? I have NOT made this Recipe,
AND WANT TO....but no room in my Refrigerator. Thanks Aria
Here's a picture of my plastic tub in my fridge and sitting next to a large box of lettuce. You can see how much room I have on the shelf. I bought mine from King Arthur Flour, described as an Extra-Large Dough Rising Bucket ($10.95, 6 qt.) found in the "Storage" category.

It definitely doesn't take up as much space as a large bowl. It's much taller and not as wide.

The way to get the link for a specific post is to hover your pointer over the Share this post icon which is to the left of the bookmark icon which is to the left of the post number. You can then click on the icon to the left of the URL and it will automatically copy the URL for you.
Thank you! I saw the share icon and tried to copy the URL (CTRL-C). I was using my tablet, and all it would paste was a link to things-to-do for a village in Indonesia called Ubud. My sister and I are taking a half-day cooking class while we're there late next month. Y'all want me to post pictures?

Thanks. I researched and found it on Amazon...King Arthur. Thanks again, Aria

I always use olive oil in my pizza dough...don't think I've ever tried it with vegetable oil before. I would think it would affect the taste more than the rising?
I grabbed the wrong bottle last time I made pizza and used avocado oil. It did rise normally and the crust still tasted good

I have used Garlic infused Olive Oil for pizza crust and it is really good! Also have used Oregano Infused olive oil for pizza crust - that is good also. I will sometimes add herbs to my pizza crust for something different ... especially if I am making just a cheese pizza or cheese/tomato/onion pizza as an appetizer.
I like the infused oil ideas!
