Thanks all! Here's a pic after slicing. We toasted the heel and had it with butter. Hubs says it tastes just like the bread his grandma made.

I made some peanut butter cookies. We are experimenting. I added 2 T unsweetened cocoa pwd and skipped the chocolate chips for a less sweet cookie. We'll see.

Hi all! Going to join in. I have been trying to get sourdough to behave for me for about 2 years now and I FINALLY got it! :celebrate I'm just so darn excited, I need to share!

My scoring could use work (I'd like to get that nice "ear" or be able to score pretty designs). Wondering if a DO would help on that front. I'm currently baking in a 12" cast iron skillet with a pan on the rack below for steam.
