Any Home Bakers Here?

I made this for dinner one night this week. Just an easy bread recipe baked on a pizza stone. Oven omlete made with quail and chicken eggs. Bread sliced with tomato juice from tinned tomatoes (the tomatoes went in the omlete) topped with cheese and coriander and warmed in the oven yum!

Think I'm going to make a small loaf tomorrow in a tin.
Looks great!

I fed my starter this morning and was going to do bread but started working on my walls instead. Can I leave it out overnight and use it in the morning? It is nice and bubbly.

add a quarter cup of flour and a bit less water before bed. It will be fine!

and then a quarter cup at a time until you get to the stiffness you know will make good bread.
But what if you have no mentor so you have no idea what the right "stiffness" is???

Are you totally beat now Jared? You can sleep all night and half of tomorrow :D Nice that you were able to rescue the duck. Not a convenient time but a morale booster regardless.

Completely beat.

Felt good to rescue the duck also. Poor little guy had a scar on his side, and lost the ability to use one of his legs. I took him to the animals in distress Association, and they are taking care of him.

I probably won't bake much until I get everything unpacked.
