Any Home Bakers Here?

I really cannot believe this quickly....they call my husband Pink Floyd. EEK.
Remember to let me know the bread now baking...is it the same recipe?
OR.? Aria

Yes it's the same recipe but I used half the ingredients maybe I should have gone with the full amount. It will be enjoyed with dinner anyway, cut into slabs with butter to dip in the pie gravy.

What do you put in your cottage pies Please

Mince meat, what ever vegetables I have gravy or stew mix sauce. I cook it in the slow cooker and boil potatoes for mash before it all goes in the oven. Sometimes I top the mash with a bit of cheese, depends how I feel.

My loaf turned out to be more like a roll. But it still tastes nice.

That's a nice looking loaf. I'll bet it tastes great....

I'm trying my hand at hamburger buns. Can't find my untoasted sesame seeds so they will be garnished with toasted.
Here's the recipe I'm trying....
I'll let you know how they turn out....

I made another sour dough. It’s the same one I’ve been making. This time it rose great! I was painting and came out to check on it and it was ready to go. I did 2 things different. My starter was out all day and before bed I added to the starter and left it out all night and I also kneaded dough totally by hand. I can’t wait to see what the inside looks like.

The round one I did on the pizza stone turned out better, but it still tasted nice. That video just made me think maybe I should try bagels (the ones I buy have sesame seeds on top).
