Any Home Bakers Here?

I made another sour dough. It’s the same one I’ve been making. This time it rose great! I was painting and came out to check on it and it was ready to go. I did 2 things different. My starter was out all day and before bed I added to the starter and left it out all night and I also kneaded dough totally by hand. I can’t wait to see what the inside looks like.

The round one I did on the pizza stone turned out better, but it still tasted nice. That video just made me think maybe I should try bagels (the ones I buy have sesame seeds on top).
I love home made bagels. The recipe I used and the vid are a few pages back. The next batch I do will be everything bagels and I still need to work on the distribution of dough. What I did with the hamburger buns was weigh the total dough in grams and then divide by 8. They are going into the oven here shortly.

It looks very nice!

you used fed starter this time. It is more active that say and will raise the bread faster.
 
It’s been two months, and I still have store bought bread in the freezer. I’m tired of you guys teasing me, so I’m making some now.
I am lucky to have a little more than a full jar of yeast, sourdough, AP (15–ish pounds)flour, bread flour and all the other stuff. I can’t get ahold of wheat flour, but it isn’t really necessary.

I will need to bake some french bread tomorrow.

I have about 15 pounds of AP flour and about 8 pounds of whole wheat flour. My spelt flour is getting a bit low
