Any Home Bakers Here?

I made another sour dough. It’s the same one I’ve been making. This time it rose great! I was painting and came out to check on it and it was ready to go. I did 2 things different. My starter was out all day and before bed I added to the starter and left it out all night and I also kneaded dough totally by hand. I can’t wait to see what the inside looks like.

Nice looking all of you doing the angle fingers today letting them cool them roll in powder sugar but added a cup of peanut butter this time
Angel Fingers
Ingredients

1 lb butter, room temperature (salted)
1 cup powdered sugar (more for coating later)
5 cups flour
1/4 cup cold water (I use 1 full cup)
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup Peanut butter
2 cups nuts (I use wall nuts)
Directions
In a stand mixer, cream butter and powdered sugar together well. Add vanilla, salt and then cold water. Slowly add flour until incorporated. After all this, mix in the nuts.

Form into fingers. Bake at 350-375 degrees (360 convection for me) for approx 15 min. (ovens vary) Roll in powdered sugar when warm and again when cool. Makes 10+ dozen.
