I need to make bread this weekend!

Me too!!! I'm out and it has been too dang hot to run the oven during the day. Supposed to be cooler now for the next 6 weeks. Does that mean I need to switch back to the "mid season" pajamas? Might even need a blanket with it getting down in the 40's at night.

I have been baking Bread weekly. My Sourdough Starter seems happier.
I bake 2 loaves 9 x 5. One for us and one I give to the neighbor family
that buy and deliver our groceries. They say it is a wonderful trade. Aria

I have two starters that I alternate weekly. It does very well like that too.

We will be cooler this weekend so not as much strain on the AC. Yesterday was 104 here

Sourdough bread is becomming more popular now but we have been baking it for years!

Really? It must have just dropped within the last week or so. All I have is the quick rise and have been looking for a small jar of regular.

My mother bought this off the Internet. It's a sushi roll maker. I was actually doubtful it would work. Skeptical, I tried it out.



This thing WORKS! I am surprised!

Son is the only one that will eat sushi here .... looks like works good huh ...
If you look for yeast on Amazon know the price there are a few that want to gouge
they police but
