Not today. It sounded good when I woke up chilly, but it's too warm now. I have no idea what to make for dinner yet, but it's still early!

Yes that’s the only form I’ve seen here. I tried to grow it once a long time ago but I don’t think it gets hot enough here. With climate change I just might try it again one of these days.

I have an Aunt that grew okra in a little City up North of me called Tehama. It does get hot there though!

I have an Aunt that grew okra in a little City up North of me called Tehama. It does get hot there though!

We grew a lot of it in our Florida garden...way way too much of it.

Debby, I have Pork Stew in the Crock Pot Cooking. Going to make some
Brown Rice for another dinner. There is always Stew left...and I cook
the brown rice...grease an antique cup (no handle) butter it and force
the brown cooked rice into it and turn it on to a large soup plate, and
heated stew around the rice. Just makes it a different meal...instead of
leftover stew. And there will be fruit for dessert. Aria
