Second attemp with the great tips I got here... This time a whole wheat bread (it will almost every time be whole wheat for me)

It turned out quite nice structure and taste wise

We used the large bag for the pizza crust. She likes that the dough doesn’t stick to the counter or pin, and I like that the pin and counter stay clean. She was excited to see the dough thoroughly covering the pan.
