Any Home Bakers Here?

I made my own hash browns this morning, and used my old Tupperware burger molds to shape (and store extras) them.

anyone know if it’s better to freeze the batter or the cooked patties?
Restaurants use frozen potatoes and then fry them off. I think cooked might not work as well
 
What’s in the batter?
Egg, onion, flour, Parmesan and hot sauce.
I finally googled the question, and it said partially cooking the batter (remove before crisp) makes it cook better later. I do see that now that the science behind freezing, and then putting in oil has been considered.

Made a meat pizza last night had 4 meats sausage, bacon, pepperoni and ham diced

We do that pretty darn well I am so pleased I figured it out the Son is great help getting the leftover ham diced the sausage cooked

It's always nice to have another pair of hands in the kitchen!
