My folks are making me a special meal when I get back.

You want to be careful about what you read on the Internet. There is lots of false information posted. Some of it is posted intentionally and some of it is posted because of stupidity. I have not checked that out and cannot verify it but all food must meet Federal guidelines or it is prohibited to sell it to the public.

I learned that the hard way! I've had plenty of experiences where I've read something and thought it was true. Later, it turned out it wasn't.

Don’t dread it. You’re going to go in, be knocked out, and not feel a thing. When you’re feeling discomfort afterwards, just remember it will go away. Pick a future day (like next Friday), and concentrate on getting to that day. On that day, you’re going to feel better!

Jared having surgery? I am way behind on this thread, what's up?

Meanwhile, I get to call myself a baker again. My shoulders have healed enough to be able to bake bread again, hooray! Made 5 loaves the other day. Used one whole cup bread flour for the gluten, then about two-thirds ubleached white to one third whole wheat, proportinally. Came out soft, moist and delicious!
