Any Home Bakers Here?

I am surprised to find myself without yeast. I have not seen any available in several weeks. I will do this recipe again, but I will add a fat (butter/oil) and a source of sugar. Adding milk was just a whim, but I will do that again.
I don’t know that sd from the refrigerator matters, I’ve done it before. I do think if I have to go without yeast, I will get the sd bubbly beforehand.

Look at the cost they have the good buys there are a few that might try to over charge you

Right here! Sorry for not posting in a while, I kinda forgot about the thread.

Anyway, I went to the store recently, and I was going to buy potatoes.

There were NO potatoes. Of all the states to potatoes at the store, it had to be IDAHO!

I just got back from an astronomy session and can’t go back to sleep, so I am catching up on the thread.

As for baking, I don’t know what to bake, I’m going to North Idaho for a Family Reunion on Wednesday.
