My husband spent 52 days in rehab this year. He did not fair good.

He was in isolation for 14 days.

Tell him to just be patient as he doesn't want to have a relapse for a second time.

I have an update on my head. No serious injury, no brain trauma, I was lucky. Just a bruise.

Also got my glasses fixed

NFC-thanks for the book offer, but I have lots of potential recipes, but would like one someone has tried. I have made a couple, but they don't taste right.

DD1 (currently at school in Canada) has a recipe she uses that is OK but you'd never mistake it for a non GF bread.

Just got a phone call from Floyd....his room mate was SICK ALL NIGHT...
Bells ringing and nurses running back and forth. HE DID NOT get any
sleep. He is going to rest today. He was not able to go to therapy and
will try to rest. No rehab today.
Of course we are not happy to hear....but we are grateful it was not too
serious and it was NOT FLOYD that was sick. We pray for better days and nights. Aria

Wednesday bread. I used my new tin (the other two havent come yet. I needed more dough in the tin but I know for next time. The round one turned out well. Both the same recipe (KA sandwich sourdough) but the round one is 50/50 flour.

Aria, I hope Floyd gets some rest.

I am looking for good tasting gluten free bread recipe using 1-1 gluten free flours. not mushy--close to regular bread taste!

I made THIS for my niece a few months back, and tried a slice. It was delicious! I was very pleasantly surprised, and she loved it.

They need to move him to another room and no roommate.

With pneumonia he does not need anything to take him back down.
