Was the bread a bit closer to the top element?Its were it streched to fit the tin, almost looks like hedgehog bread. I dont know why they burnt on top I used the bread setting on my oven again.. last time they didnt burn.

The amount of sugar in a recipe will make the bread brown more. The process of converting flour to co2 also converts some of it to sugar. The longer bread rises, the more sugar it will have in it from the conversion
sandwich bread tends to have more sugar added in the recipe and then it is baked in a tin at a lower temperature. French bread often have no sugar and are baked at higher temps often without a tin.Bet its the sugar then, next time im going to use less sugar and add honey.

I don't know. Can you?Before making a cake, I had to make cream cheese. It’s not a secret that making cream cheese and ricotta is somehow the same. So now the question is; can I still make cream cheese frosting?
