Finished all the Gifted Thanksgiving Packages received. I had Turkey
dinner Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. It was a super gift from
my neighbor and I really enjoyed it. Today she left me spaghetti, sauce,
grated cheese and 2 meatballs. With Floyd in Rehab she knows I do not
like cooking for Me only. SUPER neighbor. Aria

What all do you put in your turkey hash?

The Turkey Hash is equal parts potatoes and turkey with onions and celery. I cook the potatoes. Diced onion and celery sauted in butter. Then add the turkey and potatoes. Cook till flavored with salt, pepper, sage, and turkey broth. Make a rue with a little flour to give it a thickened broth to give it more substance.

when he walks. They are working on getting him STRONGER. It has been
a long rehab. We pray for his healing. Aria

Making pizzas and garlic bread today for dinner. Pre cooked the garlic bread, it smells lovely its making me hungry. Pizza dough is ready to make the two pizzas. Doing chicken tikka and sweetcorn, and a meat feast with goats cheese and mozzarella.

I need to make my KA basic sourdough again. A loaf doesn't have much left with 4 eating French Toast. If I make it today I can have a sandwich tomorrow

Well it’s turkey sandwiches for the third day in a row. But tonight.....tonight we get turkey pot pie. Then I think it’s the end of turkey.
