I’ve had my new oven for a week now, it has been so much fun! I did the first sourdough sandwich loaves today. I broiled sirloin steaks for dinner tonight, I miss the bbq taste but they turned out ok. The big window and the airport landing lights are a big hit with me, I could watch the bread bake from the dining room table!

Made some blueberry muffins, and have bread rising. Im also mixing up salt water for my fish tank... So my kitchen is like a bomb site with me multi tasking jobs.
Wasnt the best idea as I realised i cant wash my hands or anything ive used to bake with until the water is out of the way. Had to go upstairs to wash my hands in the bathroom.

Commercial kitchens are supposed to have separate sinks for hand washing, yours is just a bit distant.

A new oven really helps!

Easy tip dry the dogs, we use all beef dogs cannot stand the chicken/pork
