Any Home Bakers Here?

I think I may have been successful in baking a loaf today. Thank you to everyone for your guidance on making sourdough.

Another lady gave me her recipe and I kept it at my side throughout the whole process.

Dadah and here it is...

All good here my dear. How are you?

I'm full because I ate three slices of this bread with camembert and cucumber. I don't think I will improve much on this bread it tasted absolutely amazing

That's great to hear 😊. I'm good as well, all things considered.

I've been guilty of doing that also, fresh, warm bread just seems to call you😁 :drool

I used to collect them for egg sales. Last year and especially this year I buy them new for my customers. I’ve told them just to toss them now.
Did you increase the price for your eggs? Here a pack of one dozen cost $0.40 per carton. I know they can be cheaper if you buy them online, like 1,000 at a time.

I've never heard of eggs being baked before. How's this done and can the same method be done with chicken eggs?
I'm pretty sure the concept is to use a duck egg instead of a chicken egg in a baked item's recipe.
