I had a stockpile of my sourdough bread in the freezer, and that is getting low, so I'll need to make more this week.

My sister asked for rolls in exchange for eggs, so I made 2 batches on Thursday and brought them to her yesterday (minus what got eaten fresh).

I made two more batches of rolls dough today, but one batch was made into cinnamon rolls (half put in the fridge for tomorrow morning, and half in the freezer). The other batch was baked for our church's Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow.

The giant pans I bought are wonderful because they are the size of the oven rackeverything fits way easier!

Cookies are made, and most are in the container to send with Duckling. I’m impressed with her cookies, but more impressed with the “can I take five pictures?” 58 pictures of her jumbo cookie.


The dough scraper was helpful for cleaning up the sugar. I’m glad I make my own color sugar! We went through about two bottles.

Great photos she will remember. My Grandma raised till I was 8 will always keep her close to my heart.
