Thanks!500 grams caster sugar, half a pint of full fat milk. Mix it in a pan and heat it on a low heat until the sugar dissolves. Take it off the heat to add 200g of desiccated coconut and red food colouring to turn it pink. Mix it all in, put it back on the heat and bring it to boil (it will spit at you), take it on and off the heat as needed for ten minutes continuous mixing. Pour it into a lined tray and leave it to cool on the side. Pop it in the fridge and leave it over night to set. If it stays runny... Sets on top but not all the way put it back in the pan and bring to boil again. If you drop some in cold water and it stays together its ready to pour.

The dish drainer and sink strainer are being bleached, the mashed potatoes are almost done for potato pancakes, and maybe potato candy, and the cc pb cookies just finished. My coffee is still warm though!![]()
