2 Tb mashed potatoes, 1/2 C powdered/confectioners sugar and a cup of pb. Mix the sugar and potatoes, roll it out on a board dusted with powder sugar, spread on the pb, and roll it up. Chill and slice.

That looks like fun!

I feel confident saying that NFC’s peanut butter chocolate chip cookies are properly baked @310* for 8 minutes in an air fryer if you keep them small, and remember to squish them. B599ED70-3E7A-4487-AC8F-47A59FE198C9.gif

Thanks for the laugh! That's cute.

How many people here have air fryers, and if you do, do you like it? Love it? What brand do you recommend?

I don't *need* another kitchen appliance, but my interest is piqued.
I have the Power XL 7qt. If you process, you need at least a 5qt for a chicken. I had trouble with my cockerel at like four pounds dressed.
It’s a little funny, my air fryer has awesome reviews, and it has awful reviews. People either give it five stars or one. I feel that the problem is the user. No matter which one you choose, you must be sure you’re not adding too much oil and that you are cleaning the fan often enough. Oil is only necessary for a crispier result.

DH got me one for Christmas a few years ago. I think he's used it maybe twice and I never have.

our son bought us one---it is a novelty--portions are too small for a family but ok for 2 people. We don't like french fries in it, but breaded appetizers/chicken stuff is fine. I wouldn't buy one for myself

We do and love it. But this one is an InstaPot and does more than air fry.
