There is zero gluten in fat and sugar.The fritter info has made me "glad" I'm not tempted by those because I'm GF. 8 ounces of fat and sugar.... shudder...
I call that great baking! I make a marble bread --rye and pumpernickelI made wheat, white, and I think it is called swirl, it has the molasses in the dark color side of it...
