Good afternoon bakers. I made cinnamon bread yesterday, cinnamon raisin bread without raisins, and then daughter left it out all night Now I’m out of cinnamon and can’t make more until I go to the store.

You can make bread pudding out of the dried out loaf!

Yup, I cut into cubes and left it to finish drying out. Will throw in the freezer later.
