Marie would have to get up pretty late to not beat you, she lives on the east side of the Atlantic Ocean!

He just wanted it to have the personal touch!

If that is 40 gallons (and it is approximately) just how much does a 30 gallon trash can REALLY hold? It is a lot taller than 21"

In any case I wouldn't want to pick up a 40 gallon stock pot full of any liquid, it would be over 300 pounds!

Looks similar with the mixer down in dry ingredients and an accidental move to speed 3 instead of one.

I've had homemade stuff, it was like drinking vinegar.
My time rise and shine has changed. I usually go to bed at 10 pm...
awake 6 am. That is 8 hours. YES, enough but it is not an all night restful sleep. I have been getting DRY MOUTH lately...very uncomfortable...will talk to Dr. Will I ever get back to what is normal? Aria

Wow that’s fabulous! Do you pressure can it then? I have seen conflicting info on that.

Yes I do... 90 minutes per batch at 10 pounds of pressure.

Just in case someone reads this who doesn't know... Yes, bone broth MUST be canned under pressure.

I've thought about canning it, but my turnover rate is fast enough that I freeze it instead. I don't make 70 quarts at a time though... Maybe 5 or 6. I freeze it in pint-and-a-half jars. I don't have much use for those jars besides bone broth; it's an awkward size. But it's perfect for cooking the amount of rice I use in my Instant Pot.

I love the pint and a half jars, they get used here as drinking glasses but I originally got them for canning asparagus but I don't get enough at a time to can it. I can bone broth in quarts usually, only 6 or7, more often I freeze it.
