Looking forward to seeing the recipe, I have our homemade applesauce .

I had two OLD apples in refrig cooked them in my
oven dinner tonight. Could not have enjoyed them

If you are like me...you have MANY recipes. And favorites too. I have not been able to bake ...yet.
I can do light cooking, dusting and do for me only.

Making grownies today! Got the oats and quinoa sitting in a bowl with the cocoa, cinnamon, applesauce, and frozen banana chunks. When the bananas thaw, I can mix it up, add the rest of the stuff, and bake it.

I'm also making a big batch of potatoes to take to my "daughter" friend tomorrow. She had her first chemo treatment last week. I'm knitting her a hat for if/when she loses her hair. I offered to shave my head in solidarity, but she said I shouldn't do that.

Personally I think they taste like sea boogers or at least the raw ones do anyway. Never tried them cooked I do like cooked clams though.
