Any Home Bakers Here?

After comparing two, I found the above one has a flaw. The sides wiggle. Another is a few dollars more, and seems sturdier.

don't know anyone who has one, but I was looking at something like that myself. BUT need to purge gadgets before buying anything else

I purchased mine last year and I like it very much. In
fact will be using this morning to slice the Bake I did
yesterday. I think Penny has one too. I purchased mine when I saw the one she had. Aria

It seems DH has forgotten our anniversary! We'll see what he has to say for himself when he gets home tonight LOL. Yesterday I baked cookies, oatmeal coconut and I put melted dark chocolate on parchment paper and set the baked cookies on the chocolate blob. Very tasty! I made split pea soup with ham for tonight.

Penny, I am grateful I was able to accomplish it. YES. I have a lot of grains, and they need organizing. I am going to take a large plastic bin
and put all the ingredients (this recipe has a bunch)and when it's time to bake...remove the bin
and mix. That will make it easier. This recipe is
my favorite and the neighbor I bake for....this will
be made frequently. Right now the refrigerator is
loaded with different flours and grains...need to
organize. Aria

Is there a possibility you could measure all the dry ingredients the day before you want to make the bread?

Good morning.
He thought about it last week but forgot, he's had a lot on his mind. It's not a big deal that he forgot. He won't open the card I gave him because he didn't get me one. We have an agreement we only buy dollar store cards because they're a waste of $. I've hand made cards befoer as well.

That is a good idea. I think if most of the ingredients that are the refrigerator could be all in one bin...that would be good for me. When I decided to make bread....I want to do it. My son suggested I organize one day and bake the next.
I am sure it will work better on the second attempt to bake. Thanks Aria
