That is instant! The difference is that the cell wall is removed so it activates and works faster than regular yeast.

See my yeast is not instant but do knead some then let the dough rest like 15 ? wash my bowl and such in meantime

Aria, if you're interested in the pan I used it was a 6" cake pan bought from Amazon: B001334UNQ Very well made, wash up well (don't wash in a dishwasher) and the 6" size is perfect for small recipes.

Adding more time for regular yeast is the wat to go.

I have regular yeast and when I make the Rolls I will
let them rise longer. They are a perfect ratio for me.

When I made cornbread last night there was 3 muffins left
so broke them up a bit now in the freezer I use that to be filler on meatloaf
