Question.

What’s on everybody’s menu plan for Thanksgiving? I am just curious.

I am heading up to North Idaho for Thanksgiving. Spending it with my family, grandparents, and aunts family. Buster the dog is joining us also.

I am a little nervous, actually, because of the fact my uncle died in the house we are staying at. It’s a little unsettling!

No, the death wasn’t too recent. It happened a while ago this year.

I am having turkey, ham, homemade pumpkin pie cooked by me, giblet gravy cooked by me, mashed potatoes, and more.

I’ll post a picture of the meal when it happens.

Dh would really like to have home made pizza again. I need to find a GF crust he will try, and, more importantly, like.

Maybe a GF sourdough pizza crust.... !

I don’t like cranberry sauce, but I like cranberries, especially on a turkey sandwich. Could I possibly like cranberry sauce if it’s on the sandwich?

One of my favorite sandwiches (when I'm feeling "exotic") is: turkey, cranberry sauce, cream cheese, and alfalfa sprouts. Lightly toast the bread so it can stand up to moisture in the cranberry sauce and sprouts.
