Related, but different... does anyone eat stinging nettle? I've read that if they're steamed, they lose their sting. Anyone tried them?

My backyard looks like a dandelion field.

Mine does too! “They” say dandelions are important for pollinators and I’ve got fruit trees so I no longer bear dandelions any grudge .
