I failed to tell everyone this, but, two days ago, it happened.

THE CURSED SOUP STRIKES AGAIN!

We made the cursed soup two nights ago. We were eating. During the meal, it spilled on my sister. Then, A few minutes later, more spilled on my brother. It wasn’t clumsiness, we don’t know what happened.

Immediately, I said, “It’s the curse of the soup! It’s still here!“

I slowly pushed my bowl of soup away from my body towards the center of the table.

So, the curse lives on…….

Anyway, we have some twins from Japan coming to stay with us on August 3rd. Friends of the family.

I’ll try to get some authentic Japanese recipes.

Finally made that peach cobbler today! For it not to be an old-fashioned style cobbler crust, it wasn't bad at all!!!
Of course my mother disagreed...
But she tried the pickles!
I didnt tell her what DH had said....she actually said not bad! I said ur living! Brian said worst thing he'd ever put in his mouth!
She responds not the worst thing...
So obviously she didn't think they were that great either.
But I did find Granny's actual recipe so will be starting a new batch tomorrow...to be continued!
