I pulled a Robin Hood while playing darts. It was a complete accident, but at least my aim is getting better!

Anyway, I’m trying to figure out what to bake on August 3rd. That’s the day that my friends from Japan are coming. I figured I’d try to make something special.

Jared,, How long does the crockpot run for,,,??? and at what temp setting. ??
I have older style crock pots, so its not digital. Goes from warm, to low to medium to high.

I'm looking for a tasty, pie dough that is flaky and good for all kinds of pies! Dumplins, cobblers and all!
The one I tried for the peach cobbler that was NOT cakey...was ok but I just grew up with that good old crispy thin crust surrounded by luscious fruit juices and that edge that has the sugary crisp....um my mouth is a waterin!
