I started this bread this morning. It smells like sourdough it's almost 9 hours ago so I have formed it and going to put it in to bake shortly. I added more flour but used the water and salt too the amount of flour I used.
Fingers it will be okay...

My opinion is that they are great for so many things! They make bigger ones specifically for turkey/chicken stuffing, but you can use the soup ones for that, straining homemade nut/oat milk, making mulled wine and… well, I use them for a lot of things.
