My husband and I are from the north and have experienced the very cold.

I wear shorts and sandals year round.

I love the fall and winter here but despise the summer.

I set up me telescope on the starboard side of the yard last night and shiver me timbers, I got me best picture of Saturn!

As for me baking schedule, I be debating whether I should make bread or not.

Arrgh, it be a tough decision this morning.

We had good rain last night.

It has all soaked in already though.

We need a lot of steady rain here--which in not in the forecast currently.

News here was talking of rain front that came in down there.
Not enough to cause slides in the scarred ground
