As for me baking schedule, I be debating whether I should make bread or not.

We do not turn the heat on.

Because it never gets cold enough to need heat given it warms up in the morning even if it is cool overnight. Passive heating and cooling should work well there especially if one has double pane windows and good insulation

I will be feeding Genesis and baking Sourdough Bread in the Morning Wednesday. For a gift.

I was going to make bread yesterday, but spent the day bleaching the kitchen and myself
throughout the day. I have not had mice since getting my beagle four years ago. I looked up reasons for the sudden appearance, and it’s possible that the guinea pigs attracted them.
Anyway, I have white bread and buns rising now. I’ll be making more dog treats too.

Because there were a bajillion mice just running around, and having a good time overnight. They didn’t chew into anything despite leaving droppings around cereal boxes and a box of pasta on the counter.
