Any Home Bakers Here?

Made some nice herb loaves today!

I have a question for any other GF people. I'm not celiac, just have a sensitivity to gluten. A friend said I could probably get allergy shots that would take care of it, allowing me to eat "regular" food again. Anyone know anything about this?
No but if there was even a remote possibility of enjoying normal recipes I’d sure be finding an allergist to get tested and see! You go girl!

This is a sheet cake Made with my Baking Powder raised recipe. I posted recipe for dough in the past. Was filled with cinnamon Apple slices. This cake took longer to bake than my yeast raised cakes. Slightly over 55 minutes, @350°F
